How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to verification or availability.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once an order is processed, tracking details are sent via email. If your order is still processing, it is undergoing verification and fulfillment review. For additional assistance, please contact support.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

Orders begin processing shortly after submission and cannot be modified once confirmed. If you need assistance, contact support as soon as possible after placing your order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required to ensure secure delivery and order verification.

Do you ship internationally?

Domestic US only at the moment. If you're a registered institution outside the US, email support — case-by-case exceptions happen.

How do I get a COA for a specific lot?

It's attached to the shipping confirmation email. If you need it re-sent, or need one for a prior order, email support with the order number and we'll send it within one business day.

Are your products tested and verified?

Yes. Compounds are produced under documented laboratory procedures and subject to quality control measures, including batch identification and independent HPLC verification.

What's your return policy?

Unopened vials, within 14 days of delivery, full refund minus return shipping. Opened vials aren't returnable because we can't verify handling conditions after shipment.

Do you supply bulk orders for institutions?

Yes. Orders over 50 vials of a single peptide get per-unit pricing. Email support with your needs and we'll send a quote within 48 hours.
